Susan Ford was born on March 04, 1951. She is much loved and will always be remembered by all her friends and family.
Susan Passed away after 5 months of fighting lung cancer, it came on quick and ended even quicker but she had all the family with her in the time of need. We would like to thank everyone that has supported us and has been to visit her. No matter how long we had to get to grips with what was happening it was never long enough. So good bye Susan heaven has another angel now!!!!
